Painless Fundraising at DuFief

www.GoodShop.com is a new online shopping mall that donates a percent of each purchase to DuFief! Just go to www.goodshop.com and enter DuFief Elementary School PTA as the charity you want to support.

No shopping to do? www.GoodSearch.com is a new Yahoo-powered search engine that donates half its advertising revenue, about a penny per search, to the charities its users designate. After you designate DuFief Elementary as your designated charity, use www.goodsearch.com just as you would any search engine, get quality search results from Yahoo, and watch the donations add up!

Please link your shopping cards to DuFief.  We receive a donation equal to a percentage of your purchases.  Depending on the program, funds go either to directly to DuFief Elementary School or our PTA.  All you have to do is sign up each year.   Pass the information on to your friends and family to help increase the money raised ‘painlessly’ at DuFief.  Thank you!           

   1.  Register your Harris Teeter card at:  http://www.harristeeter.com/community/together_in_education/link_to_your_school.aspx  school ID 6304.  A percent of your purchases is donated to the DuFief PTA.  Last year 22 participants generated over $175 for the PTA.

2.  Register your Giant card by going to www.giantfood.com  then click on ‘Our Stores’ and select ‘Designate a School’  School ID 00807.  A percentage of your purchases is donated back to DuFief Elementary School.  Last year 49 participants generated almost $1000 for the school.                                        

3.  Register your Safeway card at https://secure.escrip.com/jsp/supporter/registration/step1.jsp   Our school ID is  6650709.  Last year about 60 participants earned the DuFief PTA over $1000.

4. Use Escrip’s online mall to make purchases that will ALSO give back to the PTA.  There are OVER 700 stores, including most that you use online already.  Stores include Land’s End, Macy’s, Nordstrom, Barnes and Noble, Expedia, hotels.com, Pottery Barn, Dell, Apple, Best Buy, Sony, Flower.com, Harry and David, Avon, Sephora, Pet Supplies, OfficeMax, Staples,  To register for DuFief, go to:

                               5. Please save Box Tops for Education that you find on many food and household items such as Kleenex, General Mills Cereals and Snacks, Ziploc Bags, Pizza Rolls,   We get 10 cents for each box top we send in!  Money goes to DuFief elementary School. You can also go to the Box Tops Marketplace at http://www.boxtops4education.com/Marketplace/Default.aspx

To make purchases at many, many stores (just like eScrip) and again a percentage of your purchases are sent back to DuFief.
